Molly Birnbaum’s dream was to become a professional chef. And she was well on her way to making that happen--until a terrible accident took from her the one thing she needed, the one thing she never imagined she could lose.

Molly now works as an editor for America’s Test Kitchen. She wrote a book about her experience dealing with her loss of smell titled "Season to Taste: How I Lost My Sense of Smell and Found My Way." She writes the blog "My Madeleine."
